Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching orders.
  • Interpret and translate technical parts information to assist field technicians and customers with parts identification and ordering.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and implement processes to ensure stock control and replenishment.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely availability of critical spare parts.
  • Support the implementation of new warehouse management systems and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a parts or warehouse coordinator role, ideally within a service-oriented industry.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to interpret technical manuals and parts information.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to liaise with technicians and customers.
  • Solid inventory management and stock control skills.
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Forklift licence and experience in operating warehouse equipment.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve parts availability and logistics issues.
