Parts Coordinator Job Description

About the Role:

This key position ensures the success of the sale and distribution of parts and associated products. The role involves customer service, coordination, sales, and administration.

You will have a strong customer focus and mechanical knowledge as you will be the first point of contact for industry partners. In this role, you will answer customer enquiries and provide support to a team to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Report on weekly parts performance metrics
  • Create and manage purchase orders
  • Prepare quotes and sales contracts
  • Provide technical research assistance
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch stock
  • Goods Inwards receiving
  • General operation of the warehouse
  • Maintain safety standards, including contamination control

Requirements:

We are seeking a candidate with previous warehouse experience in a similar industry. Excellent communication skills (written & oral) are essential, along with a good understanding of logistics and warehouse management. Strong computer skills with attention to detail are also required.

About You:

A successful candidate will possess sound analytical skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are also essential.
