About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position that requires a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate and/or ServSafe Certification. As an Assistant Manager at Hungry Jack's, you will be responsible for the safe, effective, and efficient operation of the restaurant under the supervision of the Restaurant Manager.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations with a focus on safe work practices that meet local legislation and Hungry Jack's standards.
  • Ensure safety and security procedures are enforced.
  • Lead a Business Portfolio to achieve outstanding business results.
  • Contribute to a culture of inclusiveness aligned with Hungry Jack's cultural pillars: Growth Mindset, People Power, 100% Guest Obsessed, Stronger Together, Make a Difference.

Requirements

AQF Certificate II or III or minimum of one-year relevant experience. All successful applicants will be required to provide a National Police check.
