- Certification: Hold a Certificate III or above in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or Nursing.
- Experience: Possess at least 6 months of experience in a similar role, including experience with personal care, manual handling, hoist training, and medications.
- Transportation: Hold a current P1 class or above Australian Driver's License and have a registered vehicle, as travel is an essential part of the role.
- Personality: Demonstrate a caring attitude, patience, and understanding when interacting with customers, particularly those with complex needs or challenging behaviors.
