About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled specialist to join our team of experts in Active Directory and Entra ID. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in Federal and State Government environments.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide Level 3 support for incident management, in relation to Active Directory Domain Services, Entra ID, and Active Directory Domain Services infrastructure.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff within the organisation and from clients.
  • Offer technical advice on security frameworks/policies including ACSC Information Security Manual (ISM), Centre for Internet Security (CIS), and Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF).
  • Perform infrastructure changes, in accordance with client change management practices.
  • Work independently to meet client deadlines.
  • Deliver results according to Fujitsu and client policies.

**Requirements**

  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Able to mentor/support junior team members.
  • Experience in project life cycle and transitioning to operations.
  • Able to lead roles in developing and delivering technical solutions.
  • Demonstrated high-level analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated high-level written and oral communication skills.
  • Able to work independently.
  • NV1 Security Clearance and the ability to obtain NV2.
