Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Identity Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering critical Digital Identity solutions and outcomes, leading small projects or being part of large engagements end-to-end.

  • The role involves demonstrating a sound understanding of the Tesserent Cyber 360 strategy and its alignment to client needs to drive opportunities and deliver multi-service engagements.
  • You will establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients using your in-depth consulting experience in security technology, Digital Identity, and end-to-end project delivery.
  • Ensuring performance objectives are defined for each Digital Identity Analyst within the team, including establishing KPIs, personal development plans, and training needs.
  • Working across a diverse team to understand individual strengths, weaknesses, and motivations.
  • E nsuring Digital Identity projects and assessments are compliant with industry-recognized security standards such as NIST SP 800-63.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP Cloud Platforms and Cloud Digital Identity technologies.
  • Able to apply best practice frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, ASD Essential Eight.
  • Able to apply best practice technology frameworks such as CIS benchmarks for AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Able to develop and use company methodologies to provide effective Digital Identity advice and services.
  • Able to articulate business implications and risks in relation to the business.
