Seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead AI-driven solutions across the ANZ region.

The Opportunity

This role offers an unparalleled chance to shape the way businesses harness AI to drive real-world outcomes. As a National Solutions Advisor, you will lead consultative engagements with clients to develop and implement cutting-edge AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Advisory & Business Engagement: Collaborate with executive stakeholders to define AI strategies, identify business opportunities, and deliver ROI-driven solutions.
  • Customer Growth: Partner with sales teams to qualify new business opportunities and drive growth in existing accounts.
  • Value Realisation & Roadmaps: Develop customer-centric AI roadmaps that maximise ROI and ensure seamless delivery of business outcomes.
  • Partner Ecosystem & Practice Alignment: Leverage vendor partnerships to co-sell and campaign AI solutions, and align opportunities with internal capabilities.
  • Internal Enablement & GTM Leadership: Upskill sales teams on AI solutions, contribute to sales strategy and execution, and drive pipeline growth.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent the organisation at industry events and publish thought leadership content showcasing AI successes.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in IT-based sales, consultancy, or solution sales, with expertise in translating complex business challenges into AI-driven solutions.
  • Strong B2B experience with mid-market to enterprise customers, with a focus on delivering tangible business outcomes.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in IT-based sales, consultancy, or solution sales, with a proven ability to leverage vendor relationships and internal teams to drive results.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • Full understanding of end-to-end IT solution sales and project delivery lifecycle, with a strong commercial and strategic business acumen.
  • Understanding of client business, technical requirements, and IT environments, with Microsoft certifications such as DP, AI, PL, MB, and Fabric-aligned credentials highly regarded.
