Role Overview
As a dedicated social care professional, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality patient support in our fast-paced Emergency Department. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide exceptional social work services, navigating complex cases with empathy and clinical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with patients and families during times of vulnerability, advocating for their needs, and coordinating care across services.
- Contribute to shaping best practices, mentoring junior staff, and driving quality improvements.
- Support patients through crisis or lead service planning discussions, ensuring your work is deeply impactful and valued.
