Job Description

This role entails providing exceptional client service and support to our Discretionary Trust team. As a Relationship Manager, you will collaborate closely with Senior and Principal Relationship Managers to deliver outstanding results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of client needs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in all aspects of their account management, including contact, administration, and technical support.
  • Support brokers and clients with alternative risk finance solutions and discretionary trusts.
  • Manage accounts, provide advice, and administer plans to enhance service quality and retention.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key client decision makers through regular meetings.
  • Understand clients' business, risk management, and insurance needs.
Requirements
  • Tier 1 qualification or equivalent
  • MIS Compliant or willingness to obtain
  • Demonstrated experience within the insurance industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient Excel skills
  • Ability to produce a high standard of work, demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail
