About the Role

As Business Development Manager – Construction & Mining, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth across SA, WA & NT. Reporting to the General Manager – Brand & Culture, this role is responsible for leading strategic initiatives, identifying new business opportunities and building strong industry relationships. You will work closely with internal teams to develop winning strategies and ensure Ahrens remains a key player in the Construction & Mining sectors.

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate must have extensive business development experience and a strong network within the construction or mining industry across SA, WA & NT. Ahrens is seeking a strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal and communication skills. Experience using Hubspot, MS Office & business development tools is essential for this role. The successful candidate must be willing to travel across SA, WA & NT to establish networks and pursue opportunities.
