Senior Case Manager Role Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong case management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve optimal results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage insurance claims on behalf of insurers, brokers, government bodies, and self-insured corporations by providing guidance and support to claimants and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Develop and implement effective case management strategies to achieve positive outcomes for claimants.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that all parties involved in the claim process are informed and up-to-date on the status of the claim.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 6 months industry experience is required for this role, preferably in workers compensation claim handling.
  • Strong technical/PC skills and customer service focus are essential for success in this position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and provide exceptional customer service.
