We are partnered with a major insurer in the workers compensation space who are expanding their market share and are seeking experienced Case Managers & Senior Case Managers to join their TMF division.
Benefits Up to $107,000 package, plus education bursaries and partner discountsGreat work-life balance, flexible hours, and WFH up to 3 days per week Ambitious growth plans leading to a vibrant environment & promotion prospects The Role & Portfolio Full end-to-end claims management maintaining a mixed claims portfolio, including physical and psychological claims Focused on relationship management Support the team with training and further develop your skills and expertise in this sector Receive support from Injury Management Advisors / Return to Work, Technical Specialists, and Claim Specialists alongside your Team Leader About You You will be an experienced Case Manager with around 2+ years of end-to-end claims management experience You are passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences and enjoy working towards outcomes with a genuine, caring nature that puts customers first You enjoy mentoring and coaching others and are a true team player Tertiary education is a plus but not required We believe in the freedom to be our authentic selves and welcome people of all genders, ages, nationalities, ethnicities, sexual orientations, personalities, and perspectives to apply for any of our roles.
