**Case Management Specialist**:
NSW - Parramatta Workers Compensation Full Time

**Case Management Specialist, Industrial Deafness**

Join our **Parramatta Industrial Deafness **team and manage your own portfolio of workers compensation claim supporting those with an industrial deafness injury.

Liaise with solicitors and IMEs to help support our workers with their industrial deafness claims.

This will be a **Permanent** position based in the **Parramatta **office.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Take responsibility of a full portfolio of workers compensation claims with a focus on industrial deafness injuries
- Work together and maintain relationships with injured workers, their employers and several external stakeholders to help achieve an outcome for the Industrial deafness claims.

**ABOUT YOU**
- You pride yourself on giving world class customer service and have experience building a rapport and collaborative relationships with each customer
- Proactive, self-motivated and can think creatively when engaging with stakeholders such as workers, employers and providers
- Experience managing, negotiating and influencing positive outcomes
- Enjoy working collaboratively within a supportive team environment
- Passion for resolving conflicts and can handle challenging conversations
