Digital Technology Platform Manager

We're looking for a skilled professional to manage our digital technology team, helping customers and communities build a better future.
This role empowers individuals to deliver high-quality services and exceed customer expectations by providing an inclusive environment that fosters talent growth, trusts teams, and leverages modern work practices and technologies.
Main Responsibilities- Maintain the platform's uptime, throughput, and response time in accordance with agreed service level agreements.
- Develop and oversee the platform roadmap, prioritizing features and capabilities to ensure long-term health and stability.
- Accountable for service management, including service level agreements, service continuity, change, incident, and problem management.
- Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership on event management and the platform.
A strong leader is required to articulate new ways of working, influence teams in adopting it, and engage with vendors, partners, and cloud providers.
Demonstrated experience in leading engineering teams, software development capability, and senior management engagement are essential.
