Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Digital Platform Lead to spearhead the development and performance of our core digital platforms.


Your Responsibilities
  • Drive the lifecycle of digital applications, from strategy to support, ensuring seamless integration across CMS, WebMethods, and AWS environments.
  • Develop roadmaps that align with customer needs and drive business growth through enhanced digital experiences.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects and enhancements, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Cultivate technical expertise in Active Directory, identity management, and front-end development to drive digital transformation.
  • Promote continuous improvement using SDLC, ITIL, and customer experience best practices to stay ahead of industry trends.

About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in digital or customer-focused environments.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in digital platform management, driving customer-centric strategies, and delivering high-performing teams.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing technology solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Java, microservices, Node.js, and AWS cloud technologies to ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Demonstrated passion for building meaningful digital solutions and driving organizational change.
