Red Team Leader

Are you a cybersecurity professional seeking to advance your career in offensive security? We are looking for an experienced Red Teamer to join our team.

The role involves delivering technical red team (adversary simulation), purple team (attack replay) and penetration testing services to various organizations. You will be 'on the tools', working across different client technology environments, using intuition and problem solving to maximize value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing and leading Red Teaming and/or Purple teaming activities to test the effectiveness of cybersecurity controls;
  • Conducting and leading penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities in applications, systems, and networks;
  • Leading the day-to-day operations, including technical direction to the team, and keeping stakeholders up to date;
  • Driving technical excellence within the team, both within and outside client engagements;
  • Delivering management and detailed technical reporting, providing pragmatic recommendations, and contributing to presentations and debriefs to technical and business stakeholders;
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience delivering Red Team engagements for leading organizations;
  • Strong leadership skills and experience, delivering technical coaching to junior team members;
  • Brings strong communication skills, including experience writing and conveying complex red team and penetration testing narratives;
  • Ability to work across various offensive security engagement types;
