Job Title: Security Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned security professional to lead complex offensive security engagements and contribute to our security practices on a tactical and strategic level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, scope, and execute penetration tests to identify vulnerabilities and provide actionable recommendations for remediation.
  • Evaluate findings, report on results, and provide advisory services to improve security posture.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement security testing processes and procedures.
  • Develop and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in offensive security.
Requirements:
  • Strong hands-on experience in security testing or software development with a proven track record of success.
  • Theoretical background in offensive security subjects, including web application security, mobile security, infrastructure security (including cloud and containers).
  • Ability to analyze vulnerabilities and provide technical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Practical certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, OSWE, CPTS, CCT/CRT, BSCP and experience working with regulatory frameworks are highly valued.
