We are seeking a detail-oriented administrator to manage high-risk permits, onboard contractors and maintain licensing records.
- Review and process high-risk permit applications.
- Maintain contractor and employee data in Ventia safety systems.
- Support new employee and contractor setup, including licenses and certifications.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Assist with quality inspections and audits.
- Generate reports and documentation for compliance and KPIs.
- Demonstrated experience in administration and compliance.
- Prior experience in facilities management or maintenance desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
