About the Job- Support residents with daily life tasks, ensuring they feel heard, comfortable, and well-fed.
- Work collaboratively with our team to provide high-quality person-centred aged care services.
- Help residents maintain their physical and mental health through activities and monitoring.
- Deliver quality care that prioritises resident dignity and comfort.
- Build relationships with residents and provide emotional support.
- Monitor and report any changes in resident health.
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care.
- Previous experience working as a caregiver or in a similar role.
- Strong clinical documentation and computer skills.
