About the Role

We are seeking a Disability Support Worker to join our team on a Casual basis in Horsham, VIC. As a Disability Support Worker, you will work alongside an engaged and committed team to ensure the people we support lead happy and fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement support plans based on the individual's needs, preferences, and interests
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and hygiene, household duties, and transportation
  • Promote personal choice and control for the individual
  • Administer medication as required
Requirements
  • A passion for enabling and working with people with disability
  • Desire for meaningful work and comfortable providing daily living support
  • Willingness to learn new skills and undertake ongoing training
  • Willingness to work as part of a team
