About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team in Horsham, VIC. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to meet the unique needs and preferences of our clients
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, household duties, and transportation
  • Promote independence and self-advocacy among our clients
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive support
  • Administer medication and provide first aid as needed
Requirements
  • Passion for working with people with disabilities and a commitment to person-centered support
  • Desire to learn and grow with our organization
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Employee Working with Children Check
  • Current Australian Driver's License and COVID-19 vaccination status
