Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building effective relationships and improving collaboration within and across departments, as well as with service providers.

The role involves working closely with staff at all levels, including Senior Executive Service, to ensure early engagement of the division and improve understanding of business problems. This includes working with the relevant teams and service providers/partners to identify the most appropriate ICT solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to think strategically and possess highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal. They should also have strong customer service focus, initiative/being proactive, negotiation, problem solving and conflict resolution skills, and be an innovative thinker.

In addition, the successful candidate will have experience working with a broad range of customers and stakeholders, at all levels, and in an ICT environment. It would be desirable to have ICT/technical knowledge. The candidate should also have demonstrated experience in building and maintaining effective working relationships and knowledge and understanding of the Digital Transformation Agency (DTA) Service Design and Delivery process.

  • Security Clearance - This position requires a Baseline Vetting security clearance.
