Microsoft 365 Administrator Role

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of Microsoft 365/Office 365 platforms and associated configurations/policies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and administering Microsoft 365 collaborative tooling platforms, focusing on Teams and SharePoint.

  • Implement and administer Microsoft 365 collaborative tooling platforms.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain M365 ecosystem.
  • Recognize and suggest opportunities to advance existing implementation.
  • Drive overall M365 platform innovation.
  • Document processes, procedures, and techniques for L1/L2 Service Desk triage.

This position requires a strong understanding of Microsoft Azure Cloud and user migration, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams and M365 Architecture. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on scripting experience (PowerShell, Azure CLI, bash) and technical infrastructure experience.
