Supporting a company in achieving strategic goals and growth by managing client relationships and identifying business opportunities.

Work Experience:

2-4 years of experience in insurance, preferably with knowledge of industry requirements and compliance regulations.

Salary:

Competitive salary package negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

Location:

Sydney, NSW 2000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships across a portfolio, understanding clients' specific requirements for insurance and their business objectives and strategy.
  • Assist in pursuing new business opportunities in conjunction with the team and senior staff member.
  • Design, develop, implement, manage, and coordinate insurance programs for clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong business relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of insurance products, claims processes, and legislative obligations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, contributing to organizational goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
