About Evolve Scientific, a global pharmaceutical manufacturer based in the Western suburbs of Brisbane:

We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist for a casual ongoing assignment, with likelihood of permanency. This role is Monday – Friday, offering set, full time hours weekly.

This opportunity will be apart of a close-knit, friendly Quality Assurance team who work together to manage customer complaints/queries. If you have a degree in science or are experienced within the pharmaceutical sector fielding complaints or supporting customers, this could be an excellent chance to join our organisation

NOTE: Applicants will be required to undergo a full medical assessment, drug screening and police check to be eligible for this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all quality-related complaints are entered in the Complaints system within set time frames, dealing with Customer Complaints in compliance with Global Policies and Health Authority requirements, investigation and trending of Customer Complaints according to local and Global procedures and ensuring activities comply with GMP, legal and ethical standards.

Estimated salary range: AU$ 80,000 - AU$ 110,000 per annum. The actual salary will depend on qualifications, experience, and other factors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring timely entry of quality-related complaints into the Complaints system.
  • Complying with Global Policies and Health Authority requirements when handling Customer Complaints.
  • Investigating and trending Customer Complaints in accordance with local and Global procedures.
  • Maintaining activities that adhere to GMP, legal and ethical standards.

About the ideal candidate:

  • A bachelor's degree in science or at least 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical environment.
  • Previous experience in a complaints or customer support focused role.
  • Ability to write reports and present data.
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Understanding of regulatory legislation and ability to comply.
  • Capacity to comprehend technical documents and effectively communicate problem descriptions and solutions.
  • Effective time management and meeting deadlines with competing priorities.
  • A proactive work attitude and current driver's license for site accessibility.
