About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at EA Solutions. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional attitude in all interactions with colleagues and clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting company contacts in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Attend virtual meetings to take detailed minutes and ensure accurate records are kept.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with specialized reports and projects as required.
Requirements
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment, including personal computers, printers, and other technology.
  • Minimum six months to one year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and email.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, and write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address issues and opportunities.
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records and files.
Compensation

This part-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $18.50+ per hour, based on experience.
