Office Administration Part Time Position

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our remote administration team. As an Office Administration Part Time Position, you will be responsible for routing incoming calls to the appropriate mailboxes, answering and screening telephone calls, and preparing outgoing email and correspondence. Our team offers a challenging and fun work environment, providing all necessary equipment and training to operate in a remote office.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain a welcoming attitude and greet company contacts in a friendly manner.
* Attend Zoom meetings to take detailed minutes and handle sensitive information with responsibility.
* Assist with specialized and sensitive reports, demonstrating commitment to maintaining a consistent and dependable work schedule.

Requirements

* Ability to operate standard office equipment, including personal computers, facsimile machines, copiers, and adding machines.
* Six months to one-year related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Average computer skills in Word, Excel, and email, with the ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports and correspondence.

Skills

* Prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met, and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills to anticipate, identify, and define problems while searching for solutions.
* Monitor and check work or information, planning and organizing times and resources efficiently.

Compensation
