About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Educator to join our team in a part-time role. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with children and is looking to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement engaging educational and care programs that spark curiosity and joy.
  • Build meaningful relationships with families and the community.
  • Assist in administrative tasks like rostering and managing resources.
  • Create a positive and supportive space where children feel valued and confident.
About the Service
  • The service is located within school grounds, fostering a strong connection with the local school community.
  • We utilise Xplor for CCMS.
  • The service is run by a passionate Parent Committee dedicated to the best outcomes for children and educators.
  • The service values staff contributions and creates a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.
Requirements
  • Experienced Educator with a passion for guiding and inspiring children.
  • Proven experience as an Educator in an OSHC or early childhood setting.
  • Strong ability to manage schedules and foster collaboration.
  • Knowledge of the NQF and NQS to ensure high standards.
  • Passionate about training and supporting the professional growth of fellow educators.
What We Offer
  • A flexible schedule with part-time hours.
  • An attractive pay rate of $31-$37/hour, plus 10% above the award rate, along with allowances and bonuses.
