**Leadership Opportunity for Mental Health Professionals**

Austin Health is seeking a skilled professional to lead and manage our Infant and Child Community Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of mental health services and make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in infant and child mental health, a strong leadership background, and excellent clinical skills. They will be responsible for providing day-to-day management and leadership to the team, as well as delivering high-quality clinical services to children and their families.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and lead the team to achieve exceptional outcomes
  • Provide supervision and support to team members
  • Engage with children and their families in clinical and outreach settings
  • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to improve mental health outcomes

**Requirements:**

  • Relevant qualification and AHPRA registration
  • Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience in a tertiary mental health setting or related field
  • Demonstrated capacity to provide family therapy across different settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
