Job Title: Rural Health Care Professional
">We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic professional to join our team at Geraldton Hospital in the Midwest.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to provide clinical services as part of core community health programs such as immunisation, school health, and child health.
This role requires demonstrated knowledge and ability to implement health promotion principles into clinical practice, develop, implement and evaluate primary health programs, and experience in Community Health Nursing and immunisation services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality primary health services within competency levels to meet planned health outcomes.
- Develop, implement and evaluate primary health programs.
- Implement health promotion principles into clinical practice.
- Experience in Community Health Nursing and immunisation services.
Requirements:
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Possession of or progress towards a certificate in Child & Community Health Nursing is preferred.
