Visual Merchandiser Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and creative Visual Merchandiser to join our team. As a key member of our Visual Merchandising department, you will be responsible for maintaining visual standards and assisting with key tasks within the VM team.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of VM principles. Prior experience in the fashion industry with a talent for styling is also desirable.

  • Work alongside the National VM Manager to create visual direction for our stores
  • Plan and execute the VM Calendar for seasonal VM launches
  • Provide weekly feedback to stores to ensure the brand vision is consistent & in line with VM directives
  • Communicate VM collateral to stores when required to maintain VM standards
  • Provide VM support and training to Regional and Store Managers to ensure visual brand standards are understood and adhered to at a store level
  • Collaborate with the Store Management Team, to identify and action merchandising opportunities to increase sales, and upskill staff where applicable
  • Weekly reporting, including collating data from stores about the execution of VM directive
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Results driven
  • Focused on desired outcomes and how best to achieve them
  • Prior experience with Adobe In Design is advantageous, but not necessary
  • Aute attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational & time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously
  • Current Australian Driver's License and own vehicle
  • Willing to travel (as required) & flexible weekly schedule
  • A creative thinker & problem solver
