Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Marketing Designer to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand message to our audience.

The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio that demonstrates their proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software. They will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

This is a 12-month parental leave role, providing an opportunity for a dedicated individual to make a significant impact on our marketing campaigns while enjoying a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create innovative designs for marketing campaigns across various channels, including print, digital, retail, and social media.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure designs align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure designs meet business needs and requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design, branding, and marketing creative.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in marketing design, with a demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
  • Knowledge of design best practices for print and digital media.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
