  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping, ensuring our customers' nutritional needs are met.
  • Provide social support and access to lifestyle activities, promoting our customers' physical and emotional well-being.
  • Offer personal care, including assistance with mobility, therapy goals, and medication management.
  • Provide respite and emotional support to our customers and their families.
  • Transport customers to appointments and provide social support.
  • Deliver complex care to customers with high care needs, such as dementia.

Requirements:

  • You must care about assisting our aged community to live independently at home for longer.
  • You must have a current P1 class or above Australian Driver's License and a registered vehicle – travel is part of the role.
  • You should be able to remain calm and composed in challenging situations, prioritizing the needs of our customers.
  • You must be available to work at least 3 days, Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend work.
  • You should be comfortable working independently and finding solutions to everyday problems, knowing when to ask your Manager for help.
