  • Domestic Assistance: Cleaning the home of older people so they have a safe and beautiful place to live.
  • Meal Preparation and Shopping assistance for our customers.

  • Personal Care: Assistance with daily tasks such as getting up, showered, and dressed, as well as medication management and mobility support.
  • Respite and Emotional Support: Offering a break for our customers' primary carers while providing emotional support and companionship.
  • Social Support and Transport: Accompanying our customers to appointments and providing social support.
  • Complex Care: Providing specialized care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia.

Requirements

  • You must have a genuine passion for assisting older adults and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • You should have a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle, as travel is a part of the role.
  • You should be able to work independently, finding solutions to everyday problems while knowing when to seek support from your Manager.
  • You should be available to work at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend work.
