About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate In Home Support Worker to join our team at Ozcare. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality support and care to our clients in their own homes, ensuring their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized care and support to clients in line with their individual care plans
  • Assist with domestic duties, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Provide transportation and support with daily tasks, such as shopping and errands
  • Collaborate with the care team to provide holistic care and support to clients
Requirements
  • Current Police Screening Certificate
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) and Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
  • A reliable roadworthy vehicle, with current registration and comprehensive insurance
  • Current Queensland driver's licence
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
  • Proof of immunity, or willingness to become vaccinated against, Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Varicella (Chicken Pox) & Pertussis (Whooping Cough)
  • Good computer and mobile device skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role
