Business Improvement Specialist Role

The Business Improvement Specialist plays a key role in aligning solutions with strategic priorities, enhancing business readiness, and driving stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct business analysis to identify problems, opportunities, and requirements that support project goals.
  • Develop business process models, gap analyses, and future-state assessments to inform decision-making.
  • Contribute to planning and execution of change activities that enable project delivery and adoption.
  • Work with stakeholders to assess change impacts, develop communications, and support training and engagement.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of business process improvement methodologies and experience working within a project delivery environment in the public sector.

They will also demonstrate excellent communication skills, facilitate discussions and consultations to gain input and build stakeholder understanding and support, and show initiative and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
