About the Role

As an Engineering Services Manager, you will oversee the delivery of engineering services, ensuring quality standards are met and exceeded. You will lead design, technical, and quality teams, drive continuous improvement, and manage contract requirements.

This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for engineering governance, risk management, and supplier engagement to support best-in-class uniform products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engineering services efficiently, minimizing costs and optimizing product design and development timelines.
  • Own and manage the Contract Engineering Management Plan, ensuring adherence to engineering methodologies and contractual requirements.
  • Establish and maintain systems, processes, and structures to deliver all engineering activities aligned with project milestones.
  • Lead and manage the Design, Technical, and Quality teams, including performance management and succession planning.

Requirements:

  • 8–10 years' experience in technical, engineering, and/or quality management leadership roles.
  • Strong experience with engineering standards and frameworks.
  • Experience working with Engineering Information Systems (EIS) or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
  • Expertise in quality control, quality assurance strategies, and regulatory compliance.
