Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Director to lead the delivery of engineering projects across all phases from pursuit to delivery.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of managing engineering teams and delivering projects led by contractors.
The key responsibilities include:
- Design Project Management: Establish clear design scope, cost, and schedule baselines during project pursuits and delivery.
- Design Management: Define all necessary design inputs and ensure appropriate input milestones are communicated to all project stakeholders through the project schedule.
- Technical Services Management: Manage all technical site support services, manage execution of all site investigations and material testing, and coordinate show drawing compilation and review for general conformance.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience working with Contractors and Engineering teams in the infrastructure, energy, or mining/metals sectors. Additionally, they should have executed at least 2 projects within these sectors in the last 10 years and hold a bachelor's degree in civil, electrical/mechanical, rail systems, or related engineering discipline.
