Customer Service Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Standards Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

  • Answer customer calls, emails, and webform enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM database.
  • Communicate real-time feedback from customers to the Customer Success Manager and internal stakeholders.
  • Optimize the use of available technologies and systems to streamline work processes.
  • Review knowledge base content regularly and suggest improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to grow and nurture relationships that enable excellent customer service.
  • Champion and extract value from Standard Australia's IP assets through proactive and reactive licensing and copyright arrangements.

About You

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience in customer retention and engagement.
  • Understanding of subscription models is highly desirable.
  • Experience in creating measures to improve the customer experience.
  • Track record of following through to ensure success.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficient and working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management systems.
