The Edge Facilities Manager will oversee day-to-day operations at our Edge Facility, managing facility staff and contractors, maintenance, and customer service delivery.

This includes:

  • Managing critical facility systems
  • Maintaining budgets for optimum efficiency
  • Providing best practice installation for infrastructure supporting customer equipment
  • Facilitating installations and meeting customer requirements
  • Resolving facility problems in a timely manner
  • Recruiting, leading, and developing facility staff

Required qualifications include:

  • Extensive knowledge of data centre operations, electrical and mechanical configurations, and rack management
  • Understanding of high-density power and cooling approaches
  • Cable management and quality inspection skills
  • Knowledge of codes and regulations
  • A customer-first attitude

Prior experience in data centre facilities is preferred, along with familiarity with UTI Standards and a degree in Engineering or Business.
