Job DescriptionThis position plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences across our organization. As the lead of our customer service team, you will be responsible for planning and facilitating recruitment and onboarding processes to maintain an optimal workforce level.
The successful candidate will be expected to maintain rostering, supervision, support, and performance management of customer service officers, guaranteeing high standards of safety and service delivery.
You will work closely with customers, user groups, and community groups to ensure actions and behaviors provide for the safety and enjoyment of all.
This position requires strong leadership skills, ability to motivate teams, and excellent communication skills to deliver high-quality customer service.
Requirements- Tertiary qualifications in leisure, sport, or recreation management, human resource, or customer service disciplines.
- Provide First Aid Certificate.
- Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- Current Driver's Licence.
- Desirable - Current Pool Lifeguard Award.
