Customer Service Leadership

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated leader to join our Customer Service team.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in managing a team, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively with customers, staff, and stakeholders to achieve outstanding results and promote a positive image.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies for the recruitment and onboarding of new Customer Service Officers
- Maintain effective rostering, supervision, support, and performance management of customer service officers
- Support the delivery of exceptional customer service
- Establish and promote a culture committed to safety and excellence
- Ensure all staff maintain current required qualifications and skills
- Tertiary qualifications in leisure, sport, or recreation management
- Holding a First Aid Certificate
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Current Driver's Licence
