Responsibilities

  • Customer Service:

    • Greet customers warmly and assist with orders

    • Ensure a friendly, helpful, and professional experience at all times

    • Handle guest complaints or issues efficiently and respectfully

  • Food Preparation:

    • Prepare and assemble food and beverage items according to recipes and quality standards

    • Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

    • Restock food items and supplies as needed during shifts

  • Cleanliness & Maintenance:

    • Keep front-of-house and back-of-house areas clean and organized

    • Sanitize workstations, equipment, and dining areas regularly

    • Take out trash and perform light cleaning duties as assigned

  • Teamwork & Communication:

    • Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations

    • Communicate clearly with the kitchen and front staff to fulfill orders efficiently

    • Follow directions from supervisors and managers

  • Cash Handling (if applicable):

    • Operate POS systems accurately

    • Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions responsibly

    • Maintain accuracy in cash drawers and follow cash-out procedures

Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus but not required

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
