About the Role

This position involves leading large-scale migrations of virtualized workloads to a cloud-based infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing migration strategies, as well as hands-on expertise with VMware and AWS technologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping migration architecture and patterns, maintaining a catalogue of repeatable rehost/lift-and-shift approaches, and executing migration waves while managing risks and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement migration strategies for large-scale VMware to AWS migrations
  • Maintain a catalogue of repeatable rehost/lift-and-shift approaches
  • Execute migration waves, manage risks, and engage stakeholders
About You
  • Proven experience leading large-scale migrations of virtualized workloads to cloud-based infrastructures
  • Extensive knowledge of VMware and AWS technologies, including storage, networking, compute, scaling, and security
  • Hands-on experience delivering end-to-end migrations from discovery to cutover, testing, and Day 2 operations
