We are seeking compassionate and dedicated professionals to join our team as NDIS support workers.

About the Role:

As an NDIS support worker, you will be working closely with individuals with disabilities based on their skills, preferences, and interests. Our team provides guidance and mentorship to help you grow in your career and achieve your goals.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist participants with their NDIS goals and daily activities
  • Break down everyday tasks and help them build a consistent routine
  • Assist with personal hygiene
  • Plan and participate in community-focused activities
  • Assist with in-home care
  • Transport clients to appointments and outings

Essential Qualifications:

  • Legal right to work in Australia
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • National Police Check

Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience working with people who have a disability and challenging behaviors
  • First Aid & CPR
  • Out of Home Care Experience
  • Adequate communication and verbal skills
  • Good writing skills for all mandatory reports
