Senior Revenue Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cluster Revenue Analyst to join our South East Queensland Revenue Cluster for Marriott International. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of rooms inventory, validating and ensuring accurate revenue system data, reporting, analyzing, auditing, and communicating.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Administrative Duties:
- Assist in preparing agendas, critiques, competitive analysis, and supporting documents for sales strategy meetings.
- Implement hotel sales strategy in reservation and inventory systems.
- Escalate technical questions related to reservations and property management systems.
- Compile group pace and productivity reports.
- Update market and property-specific sales strategy reports daily.
- Assist with training new associates on revenue management tools.
- Perform system maintenance, including inputting rate hurdles, monitoring forecasted demand, updating group forecasting, and running daily system checks.
- Inventory Control:
- Manage rooms inventory to maximize cluster rooms revenue and maintain accurate reservation system information.
- Manage room authorizations, rates, and restrictions, including communicating with rate restrictions and strategy to properties.
- Facilitate completion of Competitive Pricing Analysis and generate reports for Revenue Management meetings.
