Job Title: Senior Cluster Revenue Analyst

Marriott International is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cluster Revenue Analyst to join our South East Queensland Revenue Cluster. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and optimizing revenue management strategies across our 5 properties within the cluster.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of sales strategy meetings, including agenda, critiques, and competitive analysis.
  • Implement hotel sales strategy in reservation and inventory systems.
  • Escalate technical questions related to reservations and property management systems.
  • Compile group pace and productivity reports.
  • Update market and property-specific sales strategy reports daily.
  • Assist with training new associates on revenue management tools.
  • Perform system maintenance, including rate hurdles, forecasted demand, and daily system checks.
Inventory Control:
  • Manage rooms inventory to maximize cluster revenue and maintain accurate reservation system information.
  • Manage room authorizations, rates, and restrictions, including communicating with rate restrictions and strategy to properties.
  • Facilitate completion of Competitive Pricing Analysis and generate reports for Revenue Management meetings.
