Administration Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Office Administrator to join our busy construction team in the Mornington Peninsula.

This full-time position is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a company making a big impact in the civil construction industry.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • General office and administrative tasks
  • Electronic AP invoice processing
  • Monthly claims and invoice tracking
  • Supporting employees with digital field tools
  • Supporting project managers with project and administrative tasks
  • Assisting with tenders, RFT submissions, job setups, and budgeting documents
  • Maintaining internal records, registers, and KPI data
  • Coordinating fuel orders and providing ongoing admin support to senior management

Requirements:

  • Solid administration experience (construction or similar industry desirable)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Must have strong Excel experience to handle BOQs, budget calculations and software imports
  • Good working knowledge of cloud-based systems (Workbench, Office365, Hubdoc or similar programs) highly desirable
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confident communicator who can support field and office staff alike
  • A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to take ownership of your role
