Construction Manager

Are you looking for a challenging role that utilizes your construction management expertise?
This Contract Administration position is ideal for tertiary-qualified professionals with experience in procurement, contract administration, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:- Draft and manage trade packages scope of work, including the development and implementation of subcontract documentation.
- Review and assess quotes from suppliers to provide tender price comparisons and recommendations.
- Manage client and subcontractor requests for information (RFIs) and track project expenditure to prepare monthly reports.
- A tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a related discipline.
- Experience as a Contracts Administrator in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 environment, preferably with Jobpac experience and proficiency across MS Suite.
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex issues clearly.
- A meticulous eye for detail and excellent record keeping skills.
