We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Graduate / Cadet Access Consultant. This comprehensive position involves working on various projects from inception to completion, developing strong professional relationships and building a client base.

The ideal candidate will be studying or transitioning into careers in architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, building design, architectural drafting, building surveying, or health care consulting and design.

This opportunity allows individuals to enhance their knowledge and experience while being mentored by experienced professionals.

The successful applicant will have the following responsibilities:

  • Conduct DDA assessments and reporting throughout all design stages and the approvals process.
  • Carry out site inspections and building audits to ensure compliance with relevant Acts, Standards, and Codes regarding people with disabilities.
  • Liaise and negotiate with clients, authorities, and consultants to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Provide advice to clients in a comprehensive written and verbal consulting role on DDA issues.
  • Assist in preparing fees according to company structure and client requirements.
  • Attend meetings and provide advice on regulatory compliance matters.
